Craig was open with all the terms and explained them clearly and he is a kind, thoughtful approach. He was very professional in all interactions and floated creative ideas for the use and sale of the property. My only negative is dual agency. Craig clearly explained it to me and I agreed. I have sold many homes through the years and really did not think through how it could impact the transaction. Totally on me, but I would never sign a contract dual agency. It is illegal in many states.
